The Youth Learning Hub (YLH), a flagship initiative of Sindh Green Foundation (SGF), continues to empower young people with market-oriented technical, vocational, and digital skills, preparing them for employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
Established in 2022 with support from the Global Fund for Children (Spark Fund), the Youth Learning Hub began as a community-based initiative in Shahdadpur. Within a year, it achieved legal registration with the Trade Testing Board (TTB) and Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA). In 2023, SGF further strengthened the initiative through a partnership with the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board (BBSHRRDB), Government of Sindh.
The Hub offers practical training in Digital Literacy, Office Management Skills, Digital Marketing, and other employability-focused courses, enabling young women and men to build careers in today's digital economy.
To date, the Youth Learning Hub has helped hundreds of young people improve their skills and employment prospects, with 61% of graduates successfully securing employment or advancing their careers.
Through career guidance, practical learning, and industry-relevant training, SGF is investing in the next generation of leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs who will contribute to sustainable community development across Sindh.
